Line Tech Solutions LLC is a small shop-focused company from Highland, Michigan. We build an efficiency layer that is integral with existing dealer tools — not a replacement for them. Our intent is simple: help the service department perform well by reducing friction between the people doing the work.

We’ve turned wrenches and know where time is lost — not from lack of skill, but from internal operating issues: double entry, cluttered screens, waiting on a desk, unclear handoffs. Line Tech Solutions exists to fix that, built by techs for techs.
Main Shop App. It’s not a new scheduling system and we don’t reinvent BDC. We focus on the bay, the parts counter, and the service lane — making those three roles work together cleanly. One input does the work, media and voice help where hands are busy, and handoffs are clear. The goal is more flagged time, fewer comebacks, less burnout.
